Rich says I need to change the name of blog to White Styrofoam Box. This is because I like leftovers. I usually will eat leftovers from dinner at lunch in the next couple of days. If I keep them longer than a week, the food gets thrown away. However, there has been an occasion where I ate leftovers from Christmas dinner about a month later. My theory is that if the food looks and smells normal, it is still edible. So far my theory has worked out ok.
